I DEFINITIONS.
- Personal Data Controller – BedBooking sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Świdnica at ul. Esperantystów 17, 58-100 Świdnica, entered into the register of companies kept by the District Court for Wrocław – Fabryczna in Wrocław, the 9th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000699738, NIP: 8842785023, REGON: 36853616100000, e-mail address: [email protected].
- Cookies – computer data, small text files saved by the websites that you visit and stored on the Devices that you use to access the Data Controller’s Website. The information contained in Cookie files is essential for proper functioning of the website, whereas said files are encrypted, which makes it impossible for unauthorized persons to access the files. The information collected in cookie files can be read by the Data Controller and their business partners (for technical purposes).
- Device – an electronic device that you use to access the Data Controller’s website.
- User – any person visiting the https://rental-business.com/ website.
- Website – https://rental-business.com/ together with sub-pages.

- The Data Controller uses Cookie files through the website.

- The User has the ability to limit or disable the access of Cookie files to their Device. In case of exercising that option, it will still be possible to use the Data Collector’s website, except for the features that require Cookie files due to their nature.
- The User may alter the Cookie files settings on their own and at any time, specifying the conditions of storing them and of the Cookie files accessing the User’s Device.
- The change to the settings referred to above can be done by the User by means of the web browser settings or through the configuration of the service.
