I DEFINITIONS.

1. Personal Data Controller – BedBooking sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Świdnica at ul. Esperantystów 17, 58-100 Świdnica, entered into the register of companies kept by the District Court for Wrocław – Fabryczna in Wrocław, the 9th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000699738, NIP: 8842785023, REGON: 36853616100000, e-mail address: [email protected].
2. Cookies – computer data, small text files saved by the websites that you visit and stored on the Devices that you use to access the Data Controller’s Website. The information contained in Cookie files is essential for proper functioning of the website, whereas said files are encrypted, which makes it impossible for unauthorized persons to access the files. The information collected in cookie files can be read by the Data Controller and their business partners (for technical purposes).
3. Device – an electronic device that you use to access the Data Controller’s website.
4. User – any person visiting the  https://rental-business.com/ website.
5. Website – https://rental-business.com/ together with sub-pages.

II USAGE OF COOKIES.

1. The Data Controller uses Cookie files through the website.
2. Cookie files are only used to the extent of the permissions given on them by the User.
3. Information collected based on Cookie files is utilized for the purposes of proper optimization of the website’s operation, as well as for statistical, functional, advertising and social purposes.
4. Cookie files register the activity of the website’s User by recognizing the Device, which makes it possible for the website to be displayed in a way that is optimized for the User’s individual needs.
5. The solutions utilized on the website are safe for the Devices of the Users accessing the Data Controller’s website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to infect the Devices of the Users.
6. The Data Controller uses two types of Cookie files:
   a) Session Cookies: these are files that are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until leaving the website or closing the web browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The mechanism of session Cookies does not allow to download any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device,
   b) Permanent Cookies: these are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until their deletion. Files of this type remain on the user’s device for the time specified in the file’s parameters or until manually deleted by the user. Finishing a particular browser’s session or turning off the Device does not cause them to be deleted from the Device.
7. Based on the data source of Cookie files, the Data Controller uses:
   a) First-party Cookies: files generated by the website and placed on it by the Data Controller (for example: essential cookies),
   b) Third-party Cookies: it is information originating from external servers, like advertising ones or those owned by providers of navigation services (maps or search engines). Files of this type make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising actions and design related actions, as per user’s preferences (for example: analytical cookies).
8. Cookie files can be categorized based on the function they serve on the Website:
   a) Technical/essential Cookies – files that are essential for ensuring proper functioning of the website, including: ensuring proper displaying of the website depending on the device used by the user or said device’s settings; adapting the website content that has technical significance for the functioning of the website (i.e. language of the website); remembering whether the user agreed to have certain contents displayed,
   b) Analytical Cookies – files that are used for measuring the effectiveness of our marketing actions without identifying personal data of the users and for the purpose of improving the functioning of our website, including for the purpose of: researching statistics on the traffic on the website and verifying the source of traffic (the so-called redirections); detecting abuses in the traffic on the website (i.e. artificial web traffic – bots); measuring the effectiveness of the actions performed for the Data Controller i.e. on the Google advertising network, on third-party websites,
   c) Functional Cookies – files that are used to remember the user settings on websites (background color, language, shopping cart). That way the users, after their first visit on a particular website and tailoring it to their preferences, don’t have to configure the same settings when they visit a particular website again. This type of files in most cases is the permanent Cookies type,
   d) Marketing/advertising Cookies – files that are used to track the User’s interests and preferences in order to tailor targeted advertisements. These files are installed on the User’s end device. Targeted advertisements may be displayed on different websites in the browser by using remarketing. Not consenting to these Cookie files does not carry any negative effects on using the Website,
   e) Social Cookies – Cookie files installed by placing links to specific social media. The purpose of installing these files is to make it possible for the Users to connect to their profiles registered on social media.

III METHODS OF SPECIFYING THE CONDITIONS OF STORING OR ACCESSING COOKIES.

1. The User has the ability to limit or disable the access of Cookie files to their Device. In case of exercising that option, it will still be possible to use the Data Collector’s website, except for the features that require Cookie files due to their nature.
2. The User may alter the Cookie files settings on their own and at any time, specifying the conditions of storing them and of the Cookie files accessing the User’s Device.
3. The change to the settings referred to above can be done by the User by means of the web browser settings or through the configuration of the service. These settings may in particular be altered in a way that blocks automatic support of Cookie files in the web browser settings or informs about placing them on the Device each time. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of supporting Cookie files is available in the settings of the software (web browser). 4. The User may delete Cookie files at any time using the available features of the web browser they are using. 

5. Limiting the usage of Cookie files may impact certain functionalities available on the Data Controller’s website.
